- Anticipate global tech policy shifts and adapt strategic frameworks accordingly
- Partner with C-suite to secure $50M+ annual R&D budget for future-tech initiatives
- Mentor next-gen talent through our 'Future Leaders' incubator program
- Author white papers on sustainable tech adoption for industry forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI safety, or climate-tech innovation
- Proven track record of launching products with 10M+ user impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with published future-tech research
- Deep understanding of Web3, decentralized systems, and blockchain scalability
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 tech trend predictions with 85%+ accuracy
