- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders quarterly
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused KPIs

Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging tech leadership
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA with tech focus
- Proven track record scaling SaaS platforms to $100M+ ARR
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, blockchain, or neuromorphic systems
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals preferred
- Strong PMP or CSM certification mandatory
