Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI or equivalent with 10+ years in tech strategy
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum or neural systems
- Experience scaling tech initiatives from concept to $500M+ revenue
- Deep expertise in blockchain, neuromorphic computing, and synthetic biology
- Proven ability to secure federal grants and international innovation funding
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
