Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Proven track record in scaling quantum computing or AI projects
- Expertise in tech ethics frameworks and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong background in sustainable tech development lifecycle
