Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions using AI/ML and blockchain frameworks
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough technologies with 3-5 year adoption potential
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-focused innovations into enterprise strategy
- Drive thought leadership through whitepapers, patents, and industry conference presentations
- Manage R&D budgets exceeding $5M for experimental technology initiatives
- Establish KPIs to measure the impact of future-tech adoption on business growth
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record in scaling emerging tech solutions from concept to commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
