Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, etc.) for strategic implementation
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish KPIs and frameworks to measure ROI of technological investments
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Build and maintain relationships with venture capital firms and tech startups
- Author thought leadership content on future tech trends and industry disruption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product management, or innovation roles
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 enterprise-scale tech initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, AR/VR, or quantum computing
- Experience developing multi-year strategic roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Strong analytical skills with ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
