Responsibilities
- Develop predictive technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, analyzing market signals and R&D breakthroughs

- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite executives and investment committees
- Design innovation frameworks for sustainable tech adoption in enterprise environments
- Monitor global regulatory shifts impacting emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven 5+ year horizon planning experience
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum, AGI, or neurotech
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Successful track record scaling tech ventures from concept to market leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Security clearance preferred for government collaboration projects
