- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate disruptive solutions
- Develop competitive intelligence frameworks for next-gen technology landscapes
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Manage technology incubation programs and pilot initiatives with $5M+ budgets
- Establish industry partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
- Drive adoption of ethical AI and sustainable tech practices across product portfolios
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with $100M+ market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Executive-level communication with ability to articulate complex concepts
