Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven experience with quantum computing or AI ethics frameworks
- Deep understanding of blockchain and distributed systems
- Expertise in sustainable technology lifecycle management
- Exceptional strategic communication and stakeholder management
- Published research in emerging technology or innovation
- Certification in Technology Strategy (e.g., CTS) preferred
