Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology roadmap for next-gen AI and quantum systems
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate breakthrough innovations
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AGI, neuromorphic computing, decentralized networks) to identify strategic opportunities
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through compelling stakeholder presentations
- Mentor emerging talent in future-focused methodologies and ethical tech frameworks
- Drive patent development for proprietary technologies with 10+ filings annually
- Represent the company at global tech summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Physics with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record scaling tech initiatives from concept to $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, Web3)
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants
- Portfolio of 3+ patented technologies or commercially deployed innovations
