- Identify emerging tech trends through patent analysis and academic partnerships
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and board of directors
- Manage a team of 12+ researchers and engineers
- Drive innovation in human-AI collaboration paradigms
- Secure 3+ patents annually in next-gen computing domains
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science with 500+ citations
- Proven track record of scaling R&D teams to 20+ members
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing
- Experience securing $100M+ in research funding
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Global network of academic and industry partnerships
