Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with global market trends and sustainability goals
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum AI, neural interfaces, and climate-positive tech
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and acquire emerging startups
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage $50M+ innovation budgets across 3 R&D centers
- Mentor PhD researchers and develop patent portfolios
- Coordinate with UN agencies on ethical tech frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Engineering with 10+ years industry experience
- Proven track record scaling tech ventures from concept to IPO
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology)
- Published author in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Proficiency in scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic
- Security clearance for federal partnerships
