Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing and AI integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Analyze emerging tech trends (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology) for commercial viability
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and venture capital partners
- Drive R&D initiatives in sustainable tech and climate modeling
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in strategic tech planning at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar peer-reviewed journals
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, bio-AI, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling tech innovations from concept to market
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and future-tech modeling tools
- Public speaking experience at global tech forums (Web Summit, CES)
