- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Ensure compliance with evolving global tech regulations and ethical standards
- Mentor junior strategists and foster innovation culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 companies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- Published research in quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of launching 3+ successful tech initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong background in patent strategy and intellectual property management
- Fluency in Mandarin and English for global stakeholder engagement
