Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives, aligning with global market trends and emerging innovations
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and deploying cutting-edge solutions across AI, IoT, and biotech domains
- Conduct foresight analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Forge strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and Fortune 500 companies
- Present compelling tech visions to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation and ethical tech development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional strategic planning and systems thinking abilities
