Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic tech roles with Fortune 500 or hyper-growth startups
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML initiatives to 10M+ user bases
- Deep expertise in Web3 stack (blockchain, smart contracts, DeFi protocols)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature Technology, or equivalent
