Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy framework aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and evaluating emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3.0)
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for tech adoption in 2026-2028
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs and metrics to track technology ROI and innovation impact
- Foster partnerships with startups, research institutions, and tech pioneers
- Drive culture of experimentation through rapid prototyping and pilot programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, quantum computing)
- Proven track record of scaling technology initiatives from concept to market
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and boards
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy (preferred)
