- Establish partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and other innovation ecosystems
- Conduct horizon-scanning analysis to identify disruptive technologies before market adoption
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members on tech evolution
- Drive sustainable innovation initiatives with measurable ESG impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500/unicorns
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Fluency in scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi method)
- Experience scaling global innovation initiatives across 5+ countries
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS Quantum, Microsoft AI-102)
