- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and government labs
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget with ROI-driven allocation
- Drive innovation sprints with agile methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years in tech strategy with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent journals
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives
- Strong patent portfolio (5+ granted patents)
- Fluency in Mandarin or German preferred
- Experience with DARPA/NSF grant applications
