Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligning with long-term business objectives
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3.0, biotech integration) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale next-generation solutions
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive intelligence to maintain first-mover advantage
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions and tech incubators
- Drive innovation workshops to identify disruptive opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, decentralized systems, or neurotech
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Published thought leadership in future tech trends (patents, whitepapers, or keynotes)
- Experience building innovation ecosystems in Fortune 500 environments
