Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with emerging trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Conduct market analysis to identify disruptive opportunities in 2026+ landscapes
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Oversee implementation of pilot programs for next-gen technologies
- Author thought leadership pieces on future technology paradigms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in scaling tech products to $100M+ ARR
- Expertise in emerging tech: AI, blockchain, AR/VR, or quantum computing
- Experience presenting at global tech conferences (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global tech ecosystems
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management (SIM) preferred
