- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future tech into product development cycles
- Build and mentor a high-performance team of futurists and technical architects
- Establish industry partnerships with quantum computing labs and AI research institutions
- Present strategic vision to investors and board members through compelling data-driven narratives
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies leadership
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum initiatives from prototype to production
- Deep expertise in ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech implementation
- MS/MBA in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation (PhD preferred)
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, IEEE, or equivalent)
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding from government/private sources
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
