- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies with 3-5 year impact
- Establish ethical frameworks for AI and autonomous systems deployment
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic labs and global tech consortiums
- Present future tech visions to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Proven track record in quantum computing, AI governance, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published thought leadership on 4IR technologies (IEEE/MIT preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting models
- Strong network within DARPA, IEEE, or World Economic Forum tech circles
