Responsibilities

- Build stakeholder consensus through compelling data-driven presentations and scenario planning
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and responsible innovation
- Drive cross-functional initiatives between R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Monitor global tech policy developments and regulatory landscapes
- Produce annual innovation impact reports with ROI projections
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience leading quantum computing or AI ethics initiatives
- Deep understanding of Web3, neuromorphic computing, and climate tech
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling skills
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
