Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ tech strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, AR/VR, biotech) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory landscapes
- Mentor junior strategists and foster innovation culture
Qualifications
- 8+ years in tech strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation abilities
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
