Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy, aligning with market trends and company vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year adoption potential
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and external stakeholders including investors and partners
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation through hackathons and R&D initiatives
- Collaborate with product teams to translate future tech concepts into viable product roadmaps
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or futurist consulting
- Proven experience with emerging technologies (AI, quantum, AR/VR, biotech)
- Track record of launching successful tech products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ strategic technology implementations
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
