Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with market trends and company vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum computing, neural interfaces, climate tech)
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI and sustainable tech implementation
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board of directors
- Mentor junior strategists in future technology methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years experience in tech strategy or innovation management
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/climate)
- Deep understanding of ethical tech frameworks and regulatory landscapes
