Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, identifying emerging trends (quantum, AI, Web3) with market impact analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions for Fortune 500 partners
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring adoption of nascent technologies (e.g., blockchain, neuromorphic computing)
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-backed ROI projections
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with vendor partnerships and ecosystem cultivation
- Mentor a team of 5+ futurists and tech architects through quarterly horizon scanning initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or emerging technologies with 3+ years in C-suite advisory roles
- Proven track record launching at least two market-defining tech products (portfolio required)
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and futures forecasting frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in disruptive technologies
- Certification in emerging tech domains (e.g., AWS Machine Learning Specialty, Blockchain Council)
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals (e.g., MIT Tech Review, Nature Futures)
- Security clearance eligibility for federal innovation projects (desirable)
