- Lead innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present future-vision frameworks to C-suite and Board of Directors
- Manage $5M annual innovation portfolio with ROI-driven prioritization
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Mentor junior strategists in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (or equivalent experience)
- Published research in quantum computing, AI ethics, or human-computer interaction
- Proven track record scaling innovative tech products to $100M+ ARR
- Deep understanding of Web3, AGI development frameworks, and neuromorphic engineering
- Certified in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFAP) or equivalent
- Experience presenting to Fortune 500 C-suite boards
- Portfolio of implemented future-tech initiatives
