Responsibilities
- Architect 3-year tech innovation roadmap integrating AI, quantum, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing patent-pending future technologies

- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global tech ecosystems
- Present future-tech vision to C-suite and investors with data-driven impact projections
- Ensure ethical compliance and sustainability frameworks in all innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized future-tech products
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of tech adoption curves and market timing
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, AI Ethics) preferred
