Responsibilities
- Architect technology roadmaps for 2026+ product launches integrating AI, blockchain, and IoT

- Analyze emerging tech trends to inform R&D investments and patent strategies
- Develop ESG-compliant frameworks for sustainable tech implementation
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Mentor junior engineers in futuristic development methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies (AI/quantum preferred)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products ($10M+ revenue impact)
- Expertise in agile/scrum methodologies for complex R&D projects
- Strong background in patent strategy and IP development
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA with tech focus
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
- Experience scaling teams in hyper-growth environments
