Responsibilities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for AI-integrated biometric systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum computing implementation
- Conduct market analysis for neuromorphic computing applications
- Design sustainable tech frameworks for 2026 urban ecosystems
- Partner with VC firms to identify emerging tech investment opportunities
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor global tech policy shifts affecting 2026 compliance landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech consulting or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of scaling tech innovations to enterprise level
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Certification in Tech Foresight Methodology (TFM)
- Experience securing $50M+ tech innovation budgets
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and strategic modeling tools
