Responsibilities
- Design and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech integration
- Collaborate with product teams to prototype and launch breakthrough innovations
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Develop patent strategies for proprietary technological solutions
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior researchers and foster cross-disciplinary innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 or startup experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record in launching at least two disruptive tech products
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, or biotech convergence
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE)
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding or grants
- Published research in peer-reviewed tech journals
