Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum AI integration and climate-positive infrastructure
- Lead R&D initiatives in neuromorphic computing and decentralized AI systems
- Advise C-suite on ethical AI governance and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Manage $50M+ innovation budgets across 3 global R&D centers
- Coordinate with MIT and ETH Zurich on next-gen materials science projects
- Present strategic blueprints to G20 technology working groups
- Oversee patent portfolios for 200+ emerging technology assets
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering with 10+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI initiatives from lab to market
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum machine learning
- Experience securing $100M+ in government/VC funding for frontier tech
- Deep expertise in ISO 26000 ESG standards for technology
- Fluency in Mandarin, German, and Python (for international collaboration)
- Previous experience with UN Sustainable Development Goal tech initiatives
