Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers and researchers to prototype breakthrough solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding through compelling investor presentations
- Collaborate with Fortune 500 partners to implement future-ready enterprise solutions
- Present strategic blueprints at global tech summits and industry conferences
- Mentor junior talent in emerging technology domains
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with $100M+ revenue impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in at least three of: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Experience securing government grants and venture capital for R&D initiatives
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud-native architectures
