Responsibilities

- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage cross-functional projects bridging technology, business, and ethics
- Monitor competitor strategies and global tech policy developments
- Drive adoption of future-proof technologies across organizational units
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record developing long-term tech roadmaps
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and investors
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business (PhD preferred)
- Understanding of ethical implications and regulatory frameworks for emerging tech
