Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year tech roadmaps aligned with market evolution and consumer behavior shifts
- Lead research on emerging technologies (quantum, bioinformatics, neural interfaces)
- Design scalable prototypes for next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-tech capabilities into commercial offerings
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and industry stakeholders
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Tech Accelerator program
- Drive patent development in disruptive technology domains
Qualifications
- 8+ years in tech strategy, R&D, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record in launching future-focused products or frameworks
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, sustainable tech, or neurotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting models
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-tech initiatives
