Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with emerging trends and market demands
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling disruptive technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify innovation opportunities
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future technologies into commercial solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology vision and roadmap to executive stakeholders and investors
- Ensure all initiatives adhere to ethical AI principles and sustainability standards
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or product development with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or biotech
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and business domains
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
