Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record in scaling tech ventures from concept to market leadership
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or generative AI
- Published research in peer-reviewed tech journals (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTE, CFTe) or equivalent
- Experience securing federal innovation grants (SBIR, DARPA, NSF)
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global stakeholder engagement
