- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Develop competitive intelligence frameworks for future tech landscapes
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investors
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-driven allocation strategies
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Drive internal culture of technological curiosity and experimentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in future tech roles
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization (blockchain, AR/VR, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business required
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and investor audiences
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Proficiency in strategic foresight frameworks (horizon scanning, Delphi method)
