Responsibilities

- Lead ideation sessions for next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Develop market entry strategies for disruptive technologies
- Partner with venture capital arm to scout acquisition targets
- Present quarterly tech horizon reports to executive leadership
- Build and lead a specialized future-tech incubation team
- Drive ethical innovation frameworks for emerging tech
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D, or product innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published research in peer-reviewed tech journals preferred
- Proven experience scaling exponential technologies
- Deep expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning skills
- Track record of securing $10M+ in innovation funding
- Portfolio of launched future-focused products/services
