Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI, and blockchain integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AR/VR, neural interfaces)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging threats/opportunities in tech convergence
- Develop ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and AI decision-making
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with business transformation goals
- Drive innovation through hackathons and open-source contributor programs
- Represent company at global tech summits (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record launching AI/quantum/blockchain initiatives at scale
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals on tech convergence topics
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
