Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging tech disruptions and competitive threats
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members on future tech investments
- Drive innovation workshops with R&D partners and academic institutions
- Ensure ethical frameworks and sustainability principles are embedded in all tech initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, neurotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products with $10M+ impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex future scenarios
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Forecasting
