Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technological roadmaps for quantum-secure communications and AGI integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Conduct competitive analysis of emerging technologies across aerospace, biotech, and AI sectors
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present tech foresight findings to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Manage $2M+ R&D budget for experimental technology incubation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with demonstrable impact on 3+ major industry shifts
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Systems Engineering
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals on emerging tech
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum cryptography, neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology
- Track record of securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) or corporate innovation funding
- Experience scaling tech initiatives from concept to commercial deployment
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for international stakeholder engagement
