Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Physics (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching $100M+ tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in quantum computing and generative AI
- Published thought leadership in Nature/Science/IEEE journals
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for experimental tech
- Certified in Technology Foresight Methodology (TFM)
