Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech leadership with proven 2020+ tech transformation
- Expertise in quantum computing, neural networks, and human-computer interaction
- Published research in AI ethics or sustainable tech (IEEE/ACM preferred)
- Experience scaling tech products to 10M+ users in regulated industries
- Certification in emerging tech (e.g., AWS Quantum, Google AI Edge)
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Q# or Qiskit)
- Track record of securing $50M+ in tech innovation funding
