- Manage cross-functional teams of 15+ engineers and researchers
- Drive patent strategy for emerging technologies with 15+ annual filings
- Present strategic visions to global stakeholders at industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum initiatives from concept to market
- Published research in IEEE Nature or top-tier journals
- Experience securing $10M+ in government/VC innovation funding
- Certified in Future Tech Ethics (FTE) and Quantum Leadership
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global partnerships
