- Present technology strategy to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Build partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Drive innovation sprints for prototype development and validation
- Establish KPIs for future tech adoption and ROI measurement
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech ROI analysis
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Exceptional communication with technical and non-technical audiences
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (whitepapers, patents)
