Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry disruptors
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory shifts impacting 2026 technology landscape
- Drive cross-functional innovation workshops to foster future-thinking culture
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology assessment and commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation abilities
