Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmap with focus on AI integration, quantum applications, and sustainable tech solutions
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and business strategy teams
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 5+ year market potential
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with corporate vision
- Present strategic technology forecasts to stakeholders and industry thought leaders
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological adoption and ROI of futuristic initiatives
- Mentor next-gen innovators through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with 5+ year market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, sustainable tech, or biotech
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to articulate complex future scenarios
- Strategic planning certification or equivalent advanced degree in relevant field
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or peer-reviewed research
